The experience center has an area of 617m2 and is divided into 10 different rooms.
Each room is equipped with technology to adapt what happens to your event.

Custom space for demonstration of technology such as wearables
Dynamic lighting in all rooms
Fully dark blackroom for immersive experience
Stage with theater setup (capacity: 70pp.) for presentations, workshops

Location & Accessibility

Gaston Geenslaan 11 - Building 4 - 3001 Heverlee
Easily accessible by car, near the intersection of E314 and E40. Parking is available on the Gaston Geenslaan.
Bicycle storage available on site.
Easily accessible by bus, lines 5A and 5B. The bus stops 50m from the X Center.
By train, get off at Leuven Station where you can take bus 5A or 5B every 15 minutes.

Catering

We work with several caterers to meet your needs. The X Center also has its own kitchen and bar.

You are also free to provide your own catering.
